Abstract

The most unsophisticated and natural outlook upon life is termed by Husserl the "natural standpoint or attitude" (die natürliche Einstellung). The general-most thesis of this standpoint is called the "general thesis" (General-thesis).1 Like every thesis this general thesis is also posited by the natural standpoint.
